I was raised in a Christian home, and I believe many of the basics tenants can apply. Do unto others, hey thats a good one. I just think that religion has done more harm than it as done good. I once talked with a person who asked me 'where do you get your moral center', I said I did not need some book...

Contente went to the doctor and received the thumbs up. She is now able to ride her bike again. At the current pace of her healing I would hope that her next visit, some time next month, would clear her as all healed. She will be competing in the Portland Marathon tomorrow. It was a shortened training...

Contente is still on the mend, and the doctor ok'd her for swimming. Still no biking but at least with the addition of swimming she has another exercise to help keep the miles off her feet.back from the conference
